Dr. Peg Maher Grey, PT, DPT, MA, OCS, ATC, TPS
Director/Owner

Peg graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy in 1980 and then again in 1996 with a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Sports Medicine. In 1997, she then completed a post-Master’s certificate in Managed Health Care at the University of Connecticut School of Business. In 2007, she became a Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties and was re-certified again in 2017. In 2010, Peg received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the EIM Institute of Health Sciences. In 2017, she added a certification as a Certified Pain Specialist through the International Spine and Pain Institute. Peg continues to use her on-going certification as an athletic trainer within her clinical practice. She has advanced certifications in personal training, TransitionsTM Lifestyle Coach, aquatic rehab, and vestibular rehab. She is currently working on a certificate of excellence for evaluation and treatment of the spine. Some of her special interests include: Improving Running Performance, Vestibular Dysfunction, Dance Performance Improvement, Sports Performance Improvement, Dog Performance Sports and Companion Events for humans. Peg lives in Enfield with her husband, Chuck, and her service dog-Echo; and has 2 grown children. She and Echo participate in a variety of dog sports and Echo now has a long list of titles in all those sports after her name. Peg likes to run Disney and charity ½ marathon and 10K races, hike, travel, play cards with friends and family and attend UConn basketball games.

Dr. Becky Feliciano, PT, DPT, TPS

Clinic Manager

Becky has worked at Grey Physical Therapy since 2002. She graduated from Springfield College with a BS in 2000 and her MS in Physical Therapy in 2001. In 2013, Becky graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the Evidence in Motion Institute of Health Sciences. In 2017, Becky became a Certified Pain Specialist through the International Spine and Pain Institute. Some of her clinical special interests include total knee replacements, rotator cuff repairs, trigger point dry needling, and sports related injuries. As the Clinic Manager, Becky can be seen providing support to her clinical staff and their patients. She has been a constant presence in the Grey community and has been an integral part of demonstrating the core values of Grey Physical Therapy. Becky enjoys spending time with her husband and children. She is an avid fan of the Boston Red Sox, New England Patriots, and Boston Celtics teams. In her spare time, she enjoys photography and working out, and spending time with her friends.

Dr. Jillian Thomas, PT, DPT

Director of Personal Training

Jill has been a part of Grey Physical Therapy since 2004. She has grown up in the organization having been a rehabilitation aide as well as working in the front office as an assistant and medical transcriptionist. Jill attended the University of Hartford and in 2013 graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has been practicing as a physical therapist with Grey since 2013. Outside of Grey Physical Therapy, Jill is often seen working out at CrossFit as well as teaching classes and training clients there. She has a special interest in Dance, being that she has been a dancer since the age of 3. Jill has settled into her home with her husband Clint and their dog Chewey and in her free time she enjoys Brazilian jiu-jitsu, spending time with friends, playing cards and traveling.

Dr. Samantha Stratton, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Sam graduated from Springfield College with a BS in Health Science and then went on to graduate with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017. She joined the clinical staff at Grey Physical Therapy in the summer of 2017. Sam enjoys treating a wide range of conditions, but some of her special interests include sports-related injuries, knee pain and shoulder injuries. In her spare time, Sam enjoys exercising, spending time at the beach and reading. She also loves soccer and the New England Patriots.

Dr. Susan Mercik-Davis, PT, DPT, MS

Physical Therapist

Sue graduated from Boston University in 1991 with a BS in physical therapy. She then received her advanced Master's in Orthopedics from Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) Institute of Health Professions in 1998 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2006. Sue is a professor for the physical therapy program at American International College. She has special expertise not only in orthopedics but also in joint mobilization and manipulation, as well as the current evidence when using modalities (heat, cold, electrical stimulation, etc.) for developing patient treatment programs. Sue works for Grey Physical Therapy as a part-time per diem physical therapist. Sue is also our local celebrity as she was inducted into the Enfield Athletic Hall of Fame in 2005 for her acclaim as a field hockey player not only at Enrico Fermi High School, but also for Boston University. She now enjoys golfing and spending time with her husband and 3 children. She is an enthusiastic fan of the Boston Red Sox and Pittsburgh Steelers.

Lisa Herbert, Personal Trainer

MA, ATC

Lisa graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 2010 with a B.S. in Kinesiology and a specialization in athletic training. She continued on to earn her Master's degree in athletic training in 2012 at San Jose State University. She is a certified athletic trainer and has special interests in strength training, gait analysis, and running programs. Lisa is an avid runner completing a handful of half marathons and marathons and has a passion for fitness. She is a fan of Penn State Football (We are!), UConn basketball (Go Huskies!), and the San Francisco Giants (Fear the Beard!). Originally from Enfield, she is excited to return to her roots and hometown and provide strength and conditioning programs to the clients of Grey Physical Therapy.

Megan Gallagher, BS, Personal Trainer

Personal Trainer

Megan joined Grey Physical Therapy in 2017. With the support of friends and family, she graduated from Springfield College with her Bachelors of Science, where she studied applied science with a concentration in sport performance. Her education and experiences include working as a personal trainer, analyzing the gait pattern of runners in a Human Performance Lab, and working as an Adventure Counselor for teenagers. Born and raised near Worcester MA, Megan grew up a sports enthusiast. An avid rock climber, she enjoys spending free time outdoors or lifting in the gym. Her passion is to help people move well, feel good and achieve their fitness potential. Megan is a part of the rehabilitation team as well as the personal training staff.

Christine Menard, BS, EPPM

Office Manager

Chris has been working at Grey Physical Therapy since 1990 having worked as an aide, front desk and billing specialist, and now oversees the management of all operations. She graduated from Westfield State College in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. In 2010, she graduated with an Advanced Certificate degree in Executive Management from the EIM Institute of Health Sciences in Louisville, KY. In her spare time, Chris loves to exercise and work outside in her garden. She also loves all sports and is an especially avid New York Yankees and Buffalo Bills fan. She loves spending time with her husband, daughter, family and friends.

Nikita Rozalski

Front Office Assistant

Nikita started working at Grey Physical Therapy in 2014. Prior to this, Nikita was a child care provider for several years. Nikita has assisted in the development of our front office operational procedures and is often seen mentoring other staff on these procedures. Her ability to multi task and communicate with our patients and staff makes her a great liaison in the organization. Nikita has many passions outside of working including crafting, designing personalized items such as sports team sweatshirts, wedding gifts, and holiday decorations. She even made the entire office Halloween costumes! Nikita's greatest passion is her daughter. She enjoys watching her play soccer and performing various dance routines

Carole Gaw

Front Office Assistant

Carole joined our team at Grey Physical Therapy in 2015. Prior to working here at Grey, Carole worked for 21 years as a front office administrative assistant in the Behavioral Health Field. Carole brings to Grey Physical Therapy her many years of experience working with the public and in particular her strong customer service presence. She will always greet you with a smile! In her spare time, Carole enjoys her camp up in the Berkshires, kayaking, boating, campfires, vacationing on the Cape and taking in a Red Sox game. She enjoys walking, playing fetch and spoiling her two dogs, but most of all she loves spending time with her family and friends making forever memories.

Dr. Amy Haggerty, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Amy graduated from Saint Michael’s College with a B.S. in Biology and then earned a degree as a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Northeastern University. She joined the Grey PT team in the summer of 2021, and has enjoyed treating a wide variety of patients. Outside of the clinic, Amy enjoys playing hockey, getting outside, and spending time with friends, family, and her dog, Cedar.

Dr. Haley Arbour, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Haley graduated from Springfield College in 2019 with a B.S. in Health Science and went on to graduate with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2021. Haley started at Grey Physical Therapy in the summer of 2021. She enjoys treating a variety of conditions including shoulder pain, knee pain and sports related injuries of all age levels. In her spare time she likes to ski, golf, crochet, watch sports and spend time with friends, family and her cat, Mango.

Karan Desai

Karan currently attends Springfield College with an anticipated graduation year of 2023. Karan is preparing to attend graduate school to become a Physical Therapist. Karan loves sports, especially baseball and football. Karan enjoys working with children, specifically in the sports and rehabilitation arena. Karan has been working with Grey Physical Therapy as a Rehab Aide since January, 2020.
