Our physical therapists are graduates of accredited physical therapy programs and are licensed by the state of Connecticut. They all have advanced Master's degrees or Doctorates in physical therapy and aggressively pursue continuing education in a wide range of areas including: cutting edge developments in treatment techniques of the spine, hip, shoulder, knee and ankle, vestibular rehab techniques and total joint replacement treatment. Our staff is regarded by local physicians and hospitals as experts in orthopedics and sports medicine. Whether you are recovering from a sports related injury, lower back pain, or a surgery, we have a team of therapists with expertise in your specific condition to return you to a full recovery.

Our personal trainers must uphold at least one of three rigorous certifications to work at Personalized Conditioning by Grey. We also aggressively pursue continuing education in a wide range of areas including: golf fitness, kettlebell work, programming for overweight individuals, sport specific training, and specialized training techniques including Pilates, Tai Chi, balance and functional training.
