This program is a 12-week education based program designed to work with a system of low glycemic impact eating, exercise, stress management, and nutrition to help you reach your weight management goals. It does not simply tell you what you can or cannot eat, but instead follows a total-system approach that teaches you how to eat a diverse diet with no terminal dietary restrictions. The classes will cover a variety of topics including health eating patterns, sugars, fats, eating out, label reading, grains, exercise, stress, supplementation and more.
